This week, we talk to Waveny LifeCare Network Board President Kathleen Corbet and president and CEO Russ Barksdale Jr. about the nonprofit organization’s proposal to build an independent senior living facility on Oenoke Ridge. Available for view as a to-scale model in the lower of Town Hall, the proposed facility has been before the Planning & Zoning Commission since last summer, first in an informational session and then, more recently, for three rather lengthy and impassioned public hearings.
